I've spent the last three-plus years in Mumbai real estate, working new launches day in and day out. Urban Square Realtors is the agency I built around two rules I wasn't willing to bend.

The first is the listed-developer rule. It's a quality filter, not a geography restriction — a listed company files quarterly audited results and answers to shareholders and the exchanges, on top of its MahaRERA obligations. That gives a buyer something to verify before they book, which matters more to me than covering every developer in the city.

The second is zero brokerage. When the developer pays our fee, exactly as they pay their own sales staff, we have no incentive to push one developer over another. Your cost is identical whether you approach them directly or come through us, and our advice stops being about which deal pays us most.

We serve resident Indian buyers and investors and NRI buyers and investors equally. If a launch doesn't fit your brief, we say so.
